In terms of entertainment and mental health, individuals have started to seek out social media as sources of entertainment and have become more exposed to what is displayed for the public, whether it may have a positive or negative impact. All in all, social media definitely has an impact to a person’s mental health. However, it depends on how well a person is trained in respect to being able to filter out the vast information, media, and ideas that float around social media.
